.: Blood Dragons Origin The Blood Dragons are a newly formed team currently seeking members in the Bend Oregon area. Created January of 2008 by Druid ( a practicing Kissata member since 2004 and board moderator on the Kissata forum) as a sister team to the Skull Dragons in Snohomish County in North Western washington, and to the Dragon Lancers In San Diego county in Southern California. this will allow for occasional joint training, and trips to train in differing terrains.

.: Mission and Guidelines

KISS means "Keep It Simple, and don't be Stupid". The KISS Anti Terrorist Alliance (KISSATA) are trained American citizens, who learn the arts of homeland self defense, survival,emergency first aid, land navigation, sniping, and expertise with small arms.

Purpose: To train anyone; regardless of sex, race, orientation or creed, to be able to provide temporary leadership and security in their communities in the event of a major disaster such as a terrorist attack, invasion, or civil disorder. The objective of these leaders is provide direction and knowledge to fellow citizens that would like to maintain order and peace in their immediate surroundings. Should conditions arise that require us to use Deadly Force, we shall under the conditions described in the General Statures of Oregon law.

ALL FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS REGARDING ANY OF OUR ACTIVITES SHALL BE FOLLOWED 100%.

We are law-abiding citizens looking out for our communities and shall maintain a professional Code of Conduct. Training can include but is not limited to patrols, recon operations, early warning operations, informal sharpshooting, ambushes, quick reaction operations, sniping, assisting authorities, first aid, sanitation efforts, and other important duties.

The Blood Dragons focus weapon wise on what we refer to as the Big Three, these are the Nagant Rifle (cheap powerful and effective) the SKS (mid low priced, powerful, and simple to use) and any AK or variant of the AK (high end of the lower priced rifles, reliable lots of accessories, and many caliber options) this does not mean that any other military style rifle wouldnt be perfectly acceptable on this team. we just choose to focus on these three for simplicity if at all possible.
