| conducted through mail or on a one-one basis we are |

| -Software Faults (e.g. white screen, blue screen etc) |

-Upgrade software/Unlock/ De-Brand on Nokia, Samsung, Motorola,
Sony-Ericsson, email us your phone make and we will tell you if we can
provide the service

| Costs are as follows: |
| To unlock/ Upgrade software/ De-Brand mobiles |
| £5.00 for one-to-one £10.00 through royal mail recorded system includes return recorded |
| £15.00 for same service but with special delivery return. |
| To Repair faults we can only do on mail basis as it can take time. |
| £15.00 repair software faults/ water damage includes return recorded delivery. |
| £20.00 for same service but with special delivery return. |
