Modus Operandi
Unlike conventional accounting services models, w@s handles the Data Entry, Accounts Preparation and Reports Generation all through the Internet. This allows Accounting Service Providers to channel their services through the Net.

This model features the introduction of w@s as a tool for managing an accounting service operation complete with an Accounting Back Engine (the SunpacPlus Accounting Engine) that processes accounting data into accounting reports used by the small companies. The Accounting Back Engine allows ASP to have the same capabilities to those provided by an Accounting Software at a lesser price/feature comparative. The solution further integrates other functions allowing ASP to manage an accounting service through the Net "virtually" hence maximizing their level of business coverage, business productivity, no. of clients per personnel and back office operations.

The users are divided into 2 categories:-

  • Subscribing Accountants – companies or person(s) rendering accounting and bookkeeping services that have registered with w@s. Currently this role is played by CPA, Accounting Firms, Company Secretary Firms, Management Firms and Individuals providing related services.

  • Subscribing Business Owners – companies, institutions, individuals with the need to generate accounting information in relation to their business activities and for managing their financial business affairs that have registered with w@s.
